Hands-down the best masseuse I've ever had! He knows exactly where all the troubled spots are and has been such a help in my recovery from a spinal injury and post surgery. Extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and supplements to assist with chronic inflammation. He uses all organic oils and adjusts the massage to your needs, to put your body back on track.

I recently had a Swedish massage by Rick Hepler. His technique was excellent, and I received a great deal of relief in my shoulder area. The atmosphere was calming, the essential oils were great. His knowledge of wellness was more than just body work, it included life style and nutrition suggestions to enhance wellness.

Great service! Took my cousin here after her breast cancer treatments to bring some HAPPY back into her life. This place did just that. The colors are amazing and the atmosphere in general! Tacos and micheladas are the best in town at their restaurant inside. I've been here for my birthday too and did yoga in the courtyard. Pinterest doesn't lie with this place! I try to go once a year. I even had Rick the masseuse dial me in last time I was there and the massage was AMAZING at their spa!

 The spa is a bit dated and is very much a day spa. There is no locker room or amenities (sauna, steam room, etc). I had a great massage. Rick did an amazing job working out the kinks in my shoulders and calves. Would definitely go back to see him again.

Rick Hepler was my massage therapist and he gave me an absolutely perfect 90 minute deep tissue massage. My shoulders were in a lot of pain from driving and he completely loosened them up and made my whole day 100 times better. He also used very nice essential oils. I have had many different massages in my life and this was by far the best one I have ever received. Highly recommended.

The spa experience was great. Simple but well appointed space in a cool and trendy hotel environment. Rick was great and focused on my Massage as a holistic experience as opposed to just a simple relaxation massage. The bonus pool passes were great too!

Rick is such an amazing massage therapist! I've had the honor of being able to get a massage from him a few times now and I always leave feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. He is very caring and makes you feel so comfortable from the beginning of the massage untill the end. Another thing that I like about Rick is that each time I get a massage he focuses on areas that are bothering me so every session is completely different which is something that I don't experience from other therapists! He is very caring, nurturing, passionate, and is truly one of the best therapists that I have been lucky enough to meet. I am always looking forward to getting a massage from him and I highly recommend him! He is truly an amazing and one of a kind therapist!!!

 I came to Palm Springs for a bachelorette party and decided to splurge with a 30-minute "quick fix" massage. After spending the morning at the pool, I walked over to the spa where Rick greeted me. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, and cared about one of my problem areas (shoulder). The massage was terrific. I could feel how much Rick loves what he does! It was a wonderful experience, physically and energetically. I definitely recommend Rick, and I'm so grateful for the time he took to help my shoulder feel better! Thank you, Rick! : )

I headed to the desert on a whim Saturday morning, looking for a peaceful weekend retreat to recharge my battery. I was so lucky to have been able to schedule a massage later that evening after an afternoon relaxing at the pool.

Rick was my massage therapist and he was wonderful. He has a humble, gentle nature about him that makes you feel at ease. After check-in, he helped me create a custom essential oil blend for my 90 minute aromatherapy session. He asked about areas of tightness or injuries and did a quick posture scan to assess his work ahead! I enjoyed his style: he asked 3-4 times about the pressure and encouraged me to let him know if I needed any adjustments, other than that, he was focused, quiet and went to work, allowing me to melt into the table and zen out.

I waked out of the massage room blissed out, feeling light and feeling centered. I would definitely recommend seeing Rick for a massage whether you are vacationing in the desert, or live there and are looking for a relaxing stay-cation.

I was staying in Palm Springs at another hotel but saw there was a Groupon for a 90 minute Swedish massage (more serene, lighter pressure though they are able to provide different styles).  My shoulder is a little tweaked so I thought it was a good idea.  The spa is cozy and the staff is exemplary.  Rick was my massage therapist and I cannot express how professional, knowledgeable but most importantly effective he was.  Congenial from start to finish he was calming and healing throughout. He inquired at the outset if I was dealing with any issues and I let him know about my shoulder and neck that I had mildly injured from training martial arts.  I really appreciated that he actually took that into account and was attentive to those areas and even narrated which muscles were the ones that he found were tight.  By the end of the massage I had significantly improved range of motion and reduced the pain level and this morning when I woke up it was the first time in 3 weeks I didn't wince and have to "work" my shoulder back to life.  I am the kind of person that always tries a new place just to see what all the options are but this is the kind of service, and person that gets me to keep coming back.  Thanks so much Rick.  I can't wait for the next time I come back to Palm Springs!
